At check out you are able to select from various options for your shipping source and speed. Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days of when order was placed, but we try to ship the same day.
There can be extra delays due to Customs checks, Postal delays or Postal Strikes. We are NOT responsible for any potential shipping delays (including weather).
Shipping sources have had many challenges to maintain speed in delivery with current circumstances. Please understand that once item ships we have no control over other factors in the timing of delivery and delivery times are always estimates.
After your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number (if available).
Everything we ship is sent with a tracking number. If a parcel is lost we will work with you to reach a solution. If parcel states that it has been delivered yet you did not receive it - we ask that you contact the delivery service (usps, ups or dhl) with the tracking number to seek their help.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
Note on packing materials
We try to use recycled packing supplies which includes re-using boxes and packing materials from other sources (including friends and family). You may notice that your parcel packing looks different each time but know that it is done to be and live in harmony with the planet.
We no longer will be including a packing slip in your parcel in effort to reduce waste on the planet.
