The energies of Amethyst helps the physical body/mind system to support the bringing forth of one's truth of being. It does this through an opening or widening the crown chakra to allow energies of higher vibration and further expansion to enter, initiating a transformation. Transformation is actually a process of removing the layers hindering your inner truth to be exposed.
This looks different for all as life experiences and circumstances have molded and formed the layers. But what isn't different is the heart.
