Chakra Session Music
This audio file is a hand made mix of relaxing high frequency music arranged so that you can conduct your own chakra session - either for yourself or on another.
It has a beginning segment to get settled.
Followed by 7 segments (relating to the seven main chakras)
- divided by a chime in between - to move your way up the chakra column.
Then winds down with 7 short segments - to move your way down the chakra column. Concludes with a segment to come out of the session space.
It is recommended to place your hands over the corresponding chakra as the music plays. You can also place chakra tools on each chakra and then, as the music guides you through, you place your hands over the chakra tool to amplify the healing effect. Or select one tool - like a healing ring - to move chakra to chakra with the music.
