Nephrite is a gem that removes resistance around the way things are. It brings focus to the present moment and it's calm peaceful energy envelopes one, promoting acceptance.
Nephrite is a mild worker and is a good gem to introduce healing to the physical aspect. Its tendency is to restore balance in the bloodstream and organs which begins an improvement in overall health. The mild approach allows the energy to slip in virtually undetected (by the mind) preventing any mental blockages to form working against it. With time Nephrite's energy can build up promoting stronger physical effects without any resistance from the user.
Nephrite's nourishing energy targets the workings of the body which rely on a certain count or balance to be optimally functioning. Some of the specific physical effects that come through the use of Nephrite are: a balancing of the white blood cell count, stabilizing metabolic rate, assists in regulating cholesterol, and balancing blood sugar levels.

There is no concern of which gem can tolerate sunlight, which one can be in the water and which one can survive salt. All gems can be placed on the plate and be cleansed.
